What you will do

• Lead and support regional Data Operations teams to ensure daily service deliverables are met per client SLAs.
• Manage capacity, shifts, and immediate resource allocations to meet service needs.
• Document and maintain client requirements in runbooks to ensure consistency in procedure and execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for regional and local client service delivery matters.
• Monitor and improve operational processes, quality controls, and data governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory operational risk and audit standards, including SOX.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience with data vendor feeds such as Bloomberg, IDC, or Reuters.
• Deep knowledge of traditional and complex financial instruments like ABS/MBS, index-linked bonds, and syndicated loans.
• 3-4 years of experience in people management and leading service delivery teams.
• 3-4 years of experience solving master and reference data issues through exception handling.
• Experience with EDM platforms and ticketing tools like HPALM or Service Now.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, or equivalent field.
