What you will do

• Develop and execute a multi-year strategic growth plan for the Home Core segment, identifying new market opportunities.
• Own P&L management, revenue, and profitability for multi-billion-dollar portfolios.
• Lead executive partner engagement and complex contract negotiations within the furniture, appliance, and electronics industries.
• Manage and mentor a team of General Managers and senior commercial leaders in a matrixed organization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Risk, Marketing, and Product teams to prioritize investments and ensure execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 15 years of progressive commercial sales experience.
• 10+ years of experience in business development, client relationship management, and contract negotiations.
• 10+ years of people management experience leading sales teams in a matrixed environment.
• Deep expertise in retail financing, including risk, collections, operations, and the card business.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
