What you will do

• Lead analysis of commercial performance metrics to identify trends and strategic opportunities.
• Drive pricing strategy and execution across the UK product portfolio including investments, trading, and crypto.
• Develop and pressure-test greenfield product propositions from concept to market.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Compliance teams to remove blockers and accelerate growth initiatives.
• Prepare board-quality memos and presentations for the UK MD and Board.
• Lead and develop a team of two Commercial Strategy Associates.

Requirements

• Significant experience in strategy, commercial, and analytical roles, ideally blending top-tier consulting with in-house operating experience.
• Strong track record of leading end-to-end strategy work from framing to execution.
• Highly analytical with a confident command of financial modeling and pricing frameworks.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Compliance.
• Experience leading or coaching a small team.

• Experience in fintech, financial services, or regulated data-led consumer businesses.
• Exposure to technology or platform businesses where product and commercial decisions are tightly coupled.
• Familiarity with retail trading or investment products.
