Salary: $180,000–$250,000 annually

What you will do

• Translate global ETF strategy into executable operating plans across regions and functions.
• Lead a high-performing global ETF operating organization with clear accountability and resource planning.
• Drive operational readiness for product launches, market expansions, and index transitions.
• Manage key external partnerships including index providers, custodians, and service providers.
• Evolve the global ETF operating model, ensuring standardized processes and clear decision rights.
• Oversee the ETF execution risk and control framework in collaboration with compliance and audit teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in technical and leadership roles within asset management or regulated financial services.
• Senior leadership experience specifically within ETFs or complex index-based investing.
• Proven track record of leading global strategy execution in matrixed organizations.
• Strong understanding of ETF operating lifecycles and capital markets.
• Experience partnering closely with Technology and Enterprise Architecture teams.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and stakeholders without reliance on direct authority.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, or CIMA designation.
• Direct experience with large-scale technology, data, or infrastructure programs.
• Familiarity with global ETF regulatory and market structures.
