What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations, translating strategy into operational execution across all regulated activities.
• Act as the primary contact for the Central Bank of The Bahamas (CBOB), managing regulatory relationships and reporting obligations.
• Oversee diverse product lines including deposits, payments, FX, card issuing, and lending.
• Manage intra-group outsourcing arrangements with hirify.global Group entities in accordance with CBOB guidelines.
• Lead the senior leadership team and represent the bank with external stakeholders, correspondent banks, and industry bodies.
• Deliver regular financial and management reporting to the Board, escalating material risks and regulatory matters.

Requirements

• Proven executive leadership experience in a regulated banking or financial services environment, ideally as a licensed CEO or MD.
• Strong working knowledge of The Bahamas regulatory framework, including CBOB licensing and the Banks and Trust Companies Regulation Act.
• Demonstrated experience managing direct relationships with a central bank or equivalent prudential regulator.
• Practical understanding of banking operations across deposits, payments, FX, and card products.
• Experience with intra-group governance and cross-border outsourcing frameworks in a regulated context.
• Existing professional relationships within the Bahamian financial services community.
