What you will do

• Prepare ironmongery specifications and project schedules in coordination with architects and developers.
• Conduct site inspections and attend meetings at construction sites.
• Provide professional technical advice and support to customers regarding hardware and security solutions.
• Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive sales.
• Provide onsite technical support for mechanical and electro-mechanical systems.
• Stay updated on the latest security hardware technologies.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Engineering or construction-related disciplines.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital locks or building materials.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans and technical specifications.
• Basic understanding of door and hardware installation processes.
• Proactive and sales-oriented personality with strong communication skills.
