Location: Must be based in Hong Kong (Onsite at Wan Chai office)

What you will do

  • Generate revenue through booth sales, digital packages, and sponsorships for new and existing customers.
  • Identify and develop new business leads through outreach, market research, and industry trade shows.
  • Lead onsite rebooking and customer retention initiatives throughout the year.
  • Collaborate with event and sales operations teams to manage floor plan availability.
  • Maintain data quality and sales processes within the Salesforce CRM system.
  • Support the sales operations team in managing overdue payment collections.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Hong Kong and able to work from the Wan Chai office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle customer objections.
  • Experience with MS Office and Salesforce CRM.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
