What you will do

• Create strategic business plans to expand the use of Bentley technology within assigned accounts.
• Prospect for new business opportunities and drive sales to exceed revenue quotas.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, VPs, and Directors through direct sales and on-site meetings.
• Manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue using SAP Cloud for Sales (C4S).
• Promote value propositions to designers, engineers, and architects by providing tailored technical solutions.
• Negotiate and implement enterprise-level sales and service agreements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience selling software into the engineering and infrastructure sectors.
• Knowledge of BIM and ECM solutions is required.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
• High level of personal integrity, discipline, and a self-motivating attitude.
• Must be based in Beijing, China.

• Background in Construction.
• Experience with Asset Management solutions.
