What you will do

• Manage the quotation process and assist sales with inquiry analysis.
• Coordinate sample orders, track delivery status, and manage logistics and customs clearance coordination.
• Oversee the design registration process, including data collection and system maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain business reports such as POS, POA, and backlog.
• Provide logistical support for sales meetings and handle general office administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the electronic components industry.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in office software.
