What you will do

  • Manage and monitor end-to-end absenteeism cases in full compliance with Dutch legislation (WVP, Ziektewet, WIA, Arbowet).
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers regarding absenteeism, prevention, and sustainable reintegration.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration between employees, managers, occupational health providers, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and complete case administration and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of Health Advisory services.
  • Ensure a consistent and high-quality approach to absenteeism management across the organization.

Requirements

  • HBO working and thinking level required.
  • Completed ROV practical training.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in absenteeism case management.
  • Current knowledge of Dutch social security and labor laws (WVP, Sickness Benefits Act, WIA, Working Conditions Act).
  • Proficiency in Dutch language is required for legal compliance.
  • English language skills are highly desirable.

  • Experience with VerzuimSignaal software.
