- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle support including onboarding, offboarding, and documentation for the Benelux region.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and perform regular system audits.
- Collaborate with IT, Recruitment, and People Business Partners to streamline operational processes.
- Assist in the coordination of employee programs such as training, DEI, and wellness initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the People team and contribute to special projects.
Требования
- Fluent in both Dutch and English.
- Minimum of one year of experience in an HR or office administrative role.
- Proficiency with HR software such as Workday, ADP, or similar systems.
- Basic understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements across the Benelux region.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential employee data.
