What you will do

  • Maintain and update employee records and personnel files in HR systems.
  • Support the preparation of employment contracts and HR documentation.
  • Assist with recruitment tasks including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including welcome materials and inductions.
  • Provide administrative support for payroll preparation and attendance tracking.
  • Ensure HR processes comply with internal policies and labor regulations.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English is required.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Preferred knowledge of Protime and Workday systems.
