What you will do

• Analyze internal data to identify trends and opportunities for learnhirify.global and DIB initiatives.
• Prepare data-driven presentations and reports for senior leadership.
• Coordinate learnhirify.global programs, workshops, and leadership interventions.
• Support DIB strategy, community engagement, and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory reporthirify.global, certifications, and audits.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR teams to deliver strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuhirify.global a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Must be enrolled at a Dutch university (or an EU university if holdhirify.global an EU passport) for the duration of the internship.
• Available for a minimum of 6 months.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in digital tools includhirify.global Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.
