What you will do

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle matters across multiple EMEA countries.
• Coordinate monthly payroll, benefits, and regional compliance in partnership with external vendors and EoR partners.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Collaborate with regional leadership, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Leverage HR technologies, including Workday and AI tools, to improve reporting and operational efficiency.
• Support regional recruitment processes and execute global employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands
• Strong working knowledge of EU employment laws and regional HR practices.
• Experience in payroll coordination, employee administration, and regional HR operations.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work effectively across regional and global teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with HR systems, reporting, and process optimization tools.
