What you will do

  • Provide first-line support for retail systems, resolving incidents to minimize store disruption.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose POS, eCommerce, and HHT hardware and software issues.
  • Log and track support tickets, escalating to specialist teams when necessary.
  • Identify recurring technical issues and implement preventative fixes.
  • Maintain retail IT equipment lifecycle, including setup, configuration, and inventory.
  • Partner with users to document business process requirements and system changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Experience supporting POS systems and retail hardware.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for end-user systems.
  • Ability to translate operational needs into technical requirements.

Nice to have

  • Experience assisting with or managing small IT projects in a retail setting.
