What you will do

• Provide technical support and customer service for internal employees across various OS (macOS, iOS, Chrome OS, Windows).
• Manage laptop deployment during onboarding and refresh cycles.
• Administer SaaS solutions including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Jamf.
• Handle ticketing, account management, and basic troubleshooting under supervision.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory and contribute to technical documentation.
• Support unified communications setups in conference rooms and common areas.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Communications, or a related field with graduation in 2026.
• Internship must be required as part of your academic curriculum.
• Available for a 6-month internship starting in June or July 2026.
• Good communication skills in English and French.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, macOS, iOS, and Google Workspace.
