What you will do

• Liaise with customers regarding the status of assigned area orders to ensure timely updates.
• Serve as the first point of contact for supply chain queries and drive process improvements.
• Oversee and validate domestic order processing to ensure accuracy and alignment with monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and distribution centers to resolve claims and fulfill logistics duties.
• Analyze and control inventory levels, including monitoring stock and verifying overall availability.
• Lead selected department improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Order Management, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including orders, inventory, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage data across markets.
• Very good communication proficiency in both English and Polish.
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland for a hybrid work setup.
