Salary: PLN 88,560 – 105,160 per year

What you will do
- Liaise with customers regarding the status of assigned area orders to ensure timely updates.
- Serve as the first point of contact for supply chain queries and drive process improvements.
- Oversee and validate domestic order processing to ensure accuracy and alignment with monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and distribution centers to resolve claims and fulfill logistics duties.
- Analyze and control inventory levels, including monitoring stock and verifying overall availability.
- Lead selected department improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Order Management, Operations, or Supply Chain.
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including orders, inventory, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage data across markets.
- Very good communication proficiency in both English and Polish.
- Must be based in Warsaw, Poland for a hybrid work setup.
