What you will do

• Source new vendors based on strategic direction and conduct market research to identify potential partners.
• Establish vendor requirements and conduct audits to ensure compliance with information security, financial, and legal standards.
• Lead negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Manage the end-to-end launch process and maintain vendor relationships post-launch.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Information Security, Finance, and Legal departments to ensure alignment.
• Analyze market trends to provide feedback and implement improvements to the sourcing process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in vendor sourcing, procurement, or a similar role.
• Proven track record in successful negotiation and vendor management.
• Understanding of the global incentive market and strong knowledge of contract management.
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada to support the hybrid work model.
