What you will do

• Develop and execute global commodity strategy for photonic components ensuring cost-competitive supply.
• Build diversified supplier ecosystem with balanced risk and innovation focus.

• Negotiate global agreements for pricing, supply priority, and protections.
• Drive cost reductions via modeling, benchmarking, and design-for-cost.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related; MBA preferred.
• 8–12+ years sourcing optical components.
• Success negotiating high-value international supply agreements.
• Strong commercial acumen with cost reduction and margin impact.
• Experience managing suppliers in high-growth tech markets.
• Advanced negotiation and contract skills.
• Executive presence to influence senior stakeholders.

• Experience with photonic components like lenses, fibers, etalons, prisms.
