What you will do
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and untapped customer segments to expand the MTD footprint.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Develop and implement proactive sales strategies, including account targeting and pipeline development.
- Provide expert guidance on MTD applications regarding operational efficiency, cost savings, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, and international teams in Belgium to align global initiatives.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and technical seminars.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of technical sales experience in the High Temperature Industry.
- Background in defense and transportation sales strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing methods, thermal insulation, and heat transfer principles.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms.
- Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil) or Business preferred.
