What you will do
- Drive new business growth and maintain strategic relationships with accounts in Western Canada focused on Power and Oil & Gas.
- Lead client engagement activities from initial opportunity identification to business capture.
- Develop and execute account strategies, guiding proposal and project teams during pursuits.
- Generate and qualify sales and marketing leads while researching new client acquisition.
- Manage overall client satisfaction and conduct regular feedback surveys.
- Collaborate with internal solution teams and the Client Segment Director for complex accounts.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, typically 10 years within the EPC industry.
- 3-5 years of experience specifically in sales or project execution.
- Bachelor's degree with a technical or business focus.
- Proven history of successful pursuits involving complex buying processes and B2B sales.
- Visa sponsorship is not available.
- Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding including background and drug screens.
