TL;DR

Client Account Manager (Energy): Driving new business growth and maintaining strategic relationships with clients in the Power and Oil & Gas industries in Western Canada with an accent on account strategy and business capture. Location: Must be based in Edmonton or Calgary, Canada; hybrid or flexible options may be offered after 90 days of employment. Relocation is available.

What you will do

  • Drive new business growth and maintain strategic relationships with accounts in Western Canada focused on Power and Oil & Gas.
  • Lead client engagement activities from initial opportunity identification to business capture.
  • Develop and execute account strategies, guiding proposal and project teams during pursuits.
  • Generate and qualify sales and marketing leads while researching new client acquisition.
  • Manage overall client satisfaction and conduct regular feedback surveys.
  • Collaborate with internal solution teams and the Client Segment Director for complex accounts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, typically 10 years within the EPC industry.
  • 3-5 years of experience specifically in sales or project execution.
  • Bachelor's degree with a technical or business focus.
  • Proven history of successful pursuits involving complex buying processes and B2B sales.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding including background and drug screens.

  • Experience using Salesforce for CRM and relationship tracking.
