What you will do
- Manage a regional account portfolio with revenue targets between $5M and $10M.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across regional accounts.
- Lead technical demonstrations and provide independent problem-solving for customers.
- Identify and close new business opportunities while managing a healthy sales pipeline.
- Utilize Salesforce to track activities and ensure compliance with EHS standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored technical solutions and long-term value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technical or industrial settings.
- Proven track record of managing complex accounts and long sales cycles (6β12 months).
- English: Proficiency required.
- Bachelorβs degree in a technical, mechanical, marketing, or chemistry-related field.
- Location: Must be based in Monterrey, Mexico.
- Valid driverβs license and willingness to travel as needed.
