What you will do
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Drive multi-technology demand creation and convert New Business Opportunities (NBOs) into revenue.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with global internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and share capture.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular performance reports and market insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States with the ability to travel as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in key account management.
- Proven experience in the Aerospace, Defense, and Space (ADS) industry within North America.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a global team environment.
