What you will do
- Develop and execute annual business plans for key accounts to drive long-term growth.
- Manage complex relationships with end customers, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Coordinate resources across sales, technical, and marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Present proposals and solutions to decision-makers and site management.
- Maintain accurate account documentation and track performance against KPIs.
- Participate in trade shows, seminars, and promotional sales activities.
Requirements
- Japanese: Native level or JLPT N1 certification required.
- Over 10 years of experience in sales within the IT industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- English proficiency (TOEIC 600+ preferred for global communication).
Nice to have
- Experience working with government segment consultants and customers.
- Knowledge of IT networking, IP-based technologies, and applications.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Background in hardware or software product sales.
