What you will do

• Build and close high-impact partnerships with city governments, transport authorities, and private operators.
• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial conversation to contract signature.
• Execute go-to-market plans tailored to public-sector procurement processes and multi-year funding cycles.
• Create compelling, data-driven business cases to improve ridership, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Act as a trusted advisor to city leaders regarding transit network design and funding mechanisms.
• Represent the company at industry events and provide market intelligence to product and strategy teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in sales, business development, or strategy.
• Proven track record of winning complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise or government deals.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills to translate data and policy into commercial narratives.
• Must be based in the Western US to manage the regional territory.
• Ability to adapt communication style for diverse stakeholders including boardrooms and public officials.
• Resourceful and comfortable working in ambiguous, high-ownership environments.
