What you will do

  • Grow key accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and renewal strategies to surpass revenue targets.
  • Build trust with executive stakeholders by positioning solutions to address critical business challenges.
  • Lead end-to-end complex sales cycles to secure strategic wins and expand customer success.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to uncover new opportunities and strengthen retention.
  • Maintain an accurate, future-ready sales pipeline and provide consistent forecasting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS or solution-based sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of success in an aligned territory and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong consultative approach with experience engaging senior leaders and technical staff.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to connect product capabilities to business needs.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to have

  • Domain knowledge in CRM, EX, CX, or ITSM solutions.
