Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland (2 days office, 3 days remote)

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end payroll processes across multiple countries in collaboration with external providers.
• Review and authorize payroll calculations, taxes, and benefits, and submit bank transfer files.
• Maintain compliant payroll records and ensure accurate tax and social security filings.
• Prepare payroll data for accounting ledger postings, accruals, and month-end/year-end reconciliations.
• Assist with internal and external audits by ensuring all documentation is organized and available.
• Identify inefficiencies in payroll processes and recommend automation opportunities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in payroll.
• Experience in processing payroll across multiple jurisdictions.
• Solid knowledge of payroll processes and tax regulations.
• Practical experience working with external payroll providers.
• Advanced Excel and data handling skills.
• English: B2+ proficiency required.
