What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for new hires, terminations, and manual adjustments across multiple countries.
  • Process and maintain payroll data utilizing Workday and Symfonia ERP platforms.
  • Prepare payroll-related journal entries, perform month-end activities, and handle financial reconciliations.
  • Ensure strict compliance with local tax requirements, payroll regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external service providers to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Drive the development and continuous improvement of payroll processes and documentation.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in payroll operations within an international or shared services environment.
  • Knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements for Poland and other European countries.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday and payroll systems like Symfonia.
  • English: Fluent (C1) proficiency in written and spoken communication is required.
  • Location: Must be based in Poland to support the hybrid work model in Warsaw.
