What you will do

• Oversee daily reconciliation of client and firm cash positions using AutoRek to ensure accuracy and control.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Produce daily liquidity and cash management reports aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Support the implementation of Treasury Management Systems and lead automation initiatives.
• Liaise with Treasury and Financial Control teams to monitor compliance with client money regulations.
• Coordinate internal and external audit activities, including CASS audits.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Services with exposure to reconciliation and cash management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Treasury Management Systems.
• Excellent English communication skills for liaising with global banking institutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Experience with SQL.
