What you will do

• Coordinate payroll processing with ADP for EMEA countries, ensuring timeliness and compliance.
• Process updates for new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and bonuses.
• Perform monthly payroll checks, variance analysis, and reconciliations using HR systems.
• Prepare analytical reviews and reports for audits, compliance checks, and internal controls.
• Analyze payroll trends and headcount movements to support management reviews.
• Contribute to global automation projects and system enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll experience specifically for EMEA countries.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA payroll regulations, taxation, and compliance.
• Local Professional payroll qualification.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, data analysis, reporting).
• English: Strong proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in Poland and able to work hybrid (3 days/week) in Krakow or Warsaw.
