Lead Business Consultant (Fintech)

TL;DR

Lead Business Consultant (Fintech): Implementing and customizing SimCorp Dimension for financial clients with an accent on configuration, testing, documenting and training. Focus on designing solutions to meet client requirements, modeling operational workflows, and troubleshooting issues.

Location: Hybrid - 2 days in the Warsaw office, 3 days remote. Occasional remote work across Poland and international options available (up to 24 days domestic, 20 days international per year - subject to internal policy)

What you will do

• Participate in all aspects of SimCorp Dimension implementations, including configuration, testing, documenting and training.
• Document client’s requirements and map to SimCorp Dimension functions and processes, identifying process improvements and efficiencies where possible.
• Design and deliver an overall solution set to meet client requirements, modelling operational workflows around SimCorp Dimension.
• Deliver and customize standard configuration solutions as well as designing and delivering new configurations.
• Assist the client in development of overall test strategy and test plans and support the client in the execution of test cases, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
• Provide configuration and end-user training, allowing the client to maintain SimCorp Dimension and optimize its usage.

Requirements

• Degree/master's within Finance, Economics, Physics, Math, Science or Engineering.
• Knowledge of SimCorp Dimension is a must-have.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Financial Sector, preferably in FinTech or IT Consulting company.
• Client-facing experience and ability to manage various stakeholders.
• Skills in foreseeing client system requirements and assisting in the preparation of future tailored proposals.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial instruments and products, capital market and investments topics.
• High-quality communication skills, especially in virtual collaboration.
• Any other languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Nordics) would be an asset.
