What you will do

• Develop and execute the Quality strategy aligned with business and operational objectives.
• Lead and mentor Quality teams across multiple manufacturing sites in Mexico.
• Establish standardized quality systems, metrics, and governance processes across sites.
• Drive improvements in key quality metrics including PPM, COPQ, customer complaints, scrap, and rework.
• Serve as a key escalation point for critical customer quality concerns and lead root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF and applicable regulatory standards through internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years of progressive Quality leadership experience within manufacturing environments.
• Multi-site Quality leadership experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong experience with Quality Management Systems and manufacturing quality processes.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, CAPA, and structured problem-solving methodologies.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience within global or matrix organizations.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience supporting high-mix / high-volume manufacturing operations.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
