What you will do

• Measure and report on Chandler Site Quality metrics.
• Generate and implement factory-wide quality improvement programs.
• Lead site audits and manage ISO9K/IATF certification programs.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify risks and prevent manufacturing excursions.
• Support the delivery of quality management system elements for new technology certifications.
• Drive a proactive quality culture within assembly manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US; no immigration sponsorship provided.
• Masters or Ph.D. in Electrical, Chemical, Material Science Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 3+ years of technical experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in quality management tools such as 8D, FMEA, and SPC.
• Must be able to work on-site in Phoenix, Arizona.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of semiconductor processing techniques and Fab operations.
• Experience with advanced packaging processes and systems.
• Familiarity with post-fab assembly and test processes.
• Experience in model-based problem solving.
