What you will do

• Manage strategic supplier relationships and act as the primary quality interface across functions and locations.
• Lead QA/QC activities, including audits and assessments, to ensure compliance with hirify.global standards.
• Steer quality contributions for New Product Introductions (NPI) and the transition to volume production.
• Manage complex quality risks and escalations, perform root cause analyses, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Analyze quality and performance data to identify trends and prepare decision materials for senior management.
• Develop supplier capabilities through coaching and the implementation of best-practice quality methods.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent (Bachelor's with deep experience also considered).
• At least 5 years of relevant international experience in quality management, ideally in manufacturing or high-tech.
• Deep expertise in QM tools: APQP, PPA, SPC, FMEA, 8D, and Zero Defects.
• Proven track record in audits, supplier development, and senior stakeholder management.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Lean Six Sigma / Green Belt certification.
