What you will do

• Act as the primary People Team contact for UK employees and managers.
• Manage end-to-end employee relations cases, including disciplinaries and grievances, in line with UK employment law.
• Partner with leadership on organizational planning, team structures, and manager effectiveness.
• Implement and execute global People programs, performance reviews, and compensation processes locally.
• Own UK People Operations administration, covering onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding.
• Manage UK-specific benefits, pensions, and coordinate with payroll and legal vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist or People Ops roles supporting UK employees.
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations practices.
• Proven experience independently managing ER cases from intake through resolution.
• Experience administering UK benefits, pensions, and leave programs.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and employee data management.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Familiarity with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms.
