What you will do
- Oversee the portfolio of executive programs including ESAF, CLF, and CISO Boot Camp.
- Develop and execute a commercial strategy to transition executive programs into a revenue-generating business.
- Manage full-time staff and contractors to set vision, operating cadence, and performance standards.
- Partner with product teams to define platform requirements for year-round executive engagement.
- Cultivate relationships with senior security leaders and partners to expand the reach of executive initiatives.
- Establish KPIs for member acquisition, retention, and engagement to ensure long-term sustainability.
Requirements
- 15+ years of leadership experience in executive community building, membership organizations, or senior-level event programming.
- Must be a resident of one of the following states: CA, CO, FL, KS, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, TX, UT, WA, or VA.
- Proven track record of scaling paid membership or premium community businesses.
- Demonstrated ability to convene and earn the trust of C-suite executives in confidential settings.
- Strong editorial instincts and sophisticated judgment regarding confidentiality and sponsor roles.
- Excellent executive presence with the ability to represent the organization to CISOs and policymakers.
Nice to have
- Direct cybersecurity domain knowledge or experience working as/alongside a CISO.
- Experience building research, polling, or insights products for senior practitioners.
- Familiarity with policy or public-affairs surfaces.
