What you will do

• Oversee the portfolio of executive programs including ESAF, CLF, and CISO Boot Camp.
• Develop and execute a commercial strategy to transition executive programs into a revenue-generating business.
• Manage full-time staff and contractors to set vision, operating cadence, and performance standards.
• Partner with product teams to define platform requirements for year-round executive engagement.
• Cultivate relationships with senior security leaders and partners to expand the reach of executive initiatives.
• Establish KPIs for member acquisition, retention, and engagement to ensure long-term sustainability.

Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership experience in executive community building, membership organizations, or senior-level event programming.
• Must be a resident of one of the following states: CA, CO, FL, KS, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, TX, UT, WA, or VA.
• Proven track record of scaling paid membership or premium community businesses.
• Demonstrated ability to convene and earn the trust of C-suite executives in confidential settings.
• Strong editorial instincts and sophisticated judgment regarding confidentiality and sponsor roles.
• Excellent executive presence with the ability to represent the organization to CISOs and policymakers.

Nice to have

• Direct cybersecurity domain knowledge or experience working as/alongside a CISO.
• Experience building research, polling, or insights products for senior practitioners.
• Familiarity with policy or public-affairs surfaces.
