What you will do
- Directly manage and mentor a team of consultants, overseeing hiring, onboarding, and career development.
- Own the operational health of the retainer program, including process design, documentation, and quality assurance.
- Monitor team workload and capacity to ensure optimal customer coverage and service continuity.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex or high-priority customer situations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Service Delivery, and leadership to align priorities and drive revenue outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team capabilities and program scalability.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- Proven experience in people leadership, including hiring, performance management, and career development.
- Strong background in program or operations management with a focus on process design and scalability.
- Experience in customer success or account management overseeing complex service programs.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity services, retainer-based delivery models, or incident response operations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with executive stakeholders.
