What you will do

• Own high-priority CEO initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition through execution to measurable outcomes.
• Translate strategic priorities into executable plans with clear owners, milestones, and metrics.
• Partner with the GM and functional leaders to embed initiatives into day-to-day operations.
• Build board and investor materials by synthesizing data into a clear strategic point of view.
• Lead change efforts to ensure new processes, tools, and ways of working are successfully adopted.
• Act as a trusted proxy for the CEO in meetings, decisions, and follow-through.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional programs with real, measurable outcomes.
• Strong financial and analytical fluency to translate product roadmaps and metrics into financial assumptions.
• Experience shaping consumer product strategy and persona/ICP targeting.
• Advanced storytelling toolkit for framing strategy for executive and board audiences.
• Proven ability to drive organizational change from ideation through repeated reinforcement.
• Must be located in Santa Clara, CA.
