Compensation: $150,000 base + $150,000 commission

What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing and negotiation.
- Build and maintain a local franchise through strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Exceed software and services growth goals by continuously building a robust pipeline.
- Identify client needs and present unique data security solutions to various stakeholders.
- Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients while establishing long-term trusted relationships.
- Stay current on product updates, pricing models, and market trends.
Requirements
- Must be located in Ohio.
- 8+ years of industry experience selling cybersecurity software, with strong preference for DLP experience.
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals ranging from $250,000 to $1,000,000.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong work ethic, persistence, and a competitive, self-starting mindset.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
