Location: Remote - US (East or Central)
Salary: $150,000 - $187,500 + commission + equity + benefits

What you will do
- Develop and manage a growing team of Enterprise Account Executives.
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers including CISOs and security leaders.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities while expanding existing enterprise customer relationships with Customer Success.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless integration of sales efforts.
- Provide strategic sales leadership and drive consultative sales methodology.
- Improve efficiency through refined sales processes and tools.
- Represent at industry events and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales leadership in cybersecurity and professional services
- Proven success in consultative sales and building relationships with security leaders
- Experience selling to enterprise clients, particularly CISOs and security leadership
- Background in offensive security sales or strong understanding of cybersecurity services
- Strategic mindset with go-to-market plan development and execution
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work remotely, ideally based in CST or EST time zone
