Location: Must be based in or near Irving, TX, with a hybrid work requirement (in-office 3+ days/week).
Salary: $175,000–$200,000 + commission.

What you will do
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sustainable growth across events and media.
- Take full ownership of revenue performance, including forecasting and managing revenue streams.
- Lead, mentor, and manage sales leadership teams to exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.
- Oversee sales operations, including CRM management, pipeline tracking, and budget allocation.
- Foster a collaborative sales culture and drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in events or media, leading high-performing sales teams.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Proven record of exceeding revenue targets and managing high-value accounts.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor diverse teams.
- Must be eligible to work in the USA.
