Software Engineer - Java/Azure Developer

Location: Hybrid role based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States

Salary: $68,911–$161,544 annual base compensation

What you will do

• Participate in requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment across the full software development lifecycle.
• Build and maintain Java applications using frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, QA teams, and DevOps engineers.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architecture discussions.
• Ensure application security, reliability, and compliance standards are met.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with Java and related frameworks, including Spring and Hibernate.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architecture.
• Key technical experience with Azure, Service Bus, Redis, MongoDB, SQL, and Kafka.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
