What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of 500+ accounts to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Generate a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and territory-specific plays.
- Conduct structured discovery to uncover customer pain points and align solutions with business outcomes.
- Partner across the customer lifecycle to improve activation, minimize churn, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Utilize CRM, Gong, and Tableau to refine deal strategies and provide accurate forecasting.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a full-cycle B2B sales role, preferably in complex industries.
- Proven track record of managing large account books (500+) and achieving quotas.
- Strong expertise in cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Experience using structured sales methodologies like Challenger or SPIN Selling.
- Ability to travel 10-15% of the time.
Nice to have
- Experience selling specifically to Real Estate professionals (Agents, Brokers, Owners).
- Advanced proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Candidates based in the Northeast region.
