Salary: $31.00 - $52.00 hourly

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of 500+ accounts to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly quotas.
  • Generate a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and territory-specific plays.
  • Conduct structured discovery to uncover customer pain points and align solutions with business outcomes.
  • Partner across the customer lifecycle to improve activation, minimize churn, and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM, Gong, and Tableau to refine deal strategies and provide accurate forecasting.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a full-cycle B2B sales role, preferably in complex industries.
  • Proven track record of managing large account books (500+) and achieving quotas.
  • Strong expertise in cold calling and outbound prospecting.
  • Experience using structured sales methodologies like Challenger or SPIN Selling.
  • Ability to travel 10-15% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling specifically to Real Estate professionals (Agents, Brokers, Owners).
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Candidates based in the Northeast region.
