Location: Nashville (Hybrid) or Remote (USA). Remote employees must be able to travel to Nashville, TN at least twice per year for company-wide events.

Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end vendor onboarding workflow, including document collection, compliance verification, and payment setup.
• Manage daily order exception handling, reassignments, and issue resolution within the marketplace.
• Build and maintain dashboards to provide real-time visibility into order status and operational health.
• Partner with product, engineering, and accounting teams to automate manual billing processes and operational workflows.
• Translate documented operational processes into clear technical requirements for product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, or a high-growth startup environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Proven track record of building structure in fast-paced, ambiguous environments without a pre-existing playbook.
• Excellent communication skills for managing professional customer relationships and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must be based in the USA and able to travel to Nashville, TN at least twice per year.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL or data visualization tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Looker.
• Background in construction, real estate, proptech, or financial services.
• Familiarity with no-code or low-code automation tools.
