Salary: $113,000 – $155,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Execute pre- and post-purchase operations initiatives in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Analyze operational and commerce data to surface insights and identify opportunities for quality, speed, and scalability improvements.
• Plan and execute cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment, clear documentation, and consistent follow-through.
• Design and optimize processes, workflows, and tools to support evolving user needs and scalable operations.
• Synthesize insights from user interactions and operational workflows to inform strategic recommendations.
• Prepare dashboards and communication materials to support decision-making for key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in strategy and operations roles (e.g., consulting, finance, GM, or Operations).
• Must be based within commuting distance of New York, San Francisco, Phoenix, or Los Angeles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with high organization and execution focus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL or analytics platforms such as Looker, Sigma, or Hex.
• Interest in commerce, marketplaces, or Trust & Risk workflows.
