What you will do

• Provide technical safety consulting and loss prevention services to Emerging, Enterprise, and Middle Market clients.
• Plan and coordinate the administration of safety procedures and return-to-work programs at client locations.
• Perform on-site inspections, reviews, and program structure audits within the assigned territory.
• Train clients and provide educational resources to ensure adherence to industry-specific safety standards.
• Act as a liaison between the Property and Casualty Products department and moderate to high-risk businesses.
• Manage allocated budgets for the assigned client base.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
• Ten years of successful experience in safety services in a similar position.
• Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in hostile outdoor environments.
• Must be based in California.

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or other safety-related accredited certification.
