What you will do

• Orchestrate the Global WHS Program and partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into daily workflows.
• Lead comprehensive risk assessments and leverage data analytics to drive preventive safety measures.
• Develop and manage a high-performing team of WHS professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Conduct site audits, measure performance against policies, and resolve non-compliance issues.
• Oversee recordkeeping, workplace organization, and WHS training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in EHS and environmental programs within manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 5+ years of experience in people and performance management.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Patterson, CA.
• Must obtain First Aid, CPR, and AED certification from AHA or American Red Cross within 3 weeks of start date.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 lbs and stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Distribution Center or Manufacturing EHS experience at sites with 250+ employees.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification.
• Experience implementing lean principles and process improvement in operational environments.
