Salary: $94,200 – $141,400 USD annually.

What you will do

• Orchestrate global WHS programs to ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency.
• Partner with operations leadership to integrate safety into daily business processes.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of WHS professionals.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and transform safety data into actionable strategies.
• Perform site audits, monitor performance metrics, and address non-compliance issues.
• Manage emergency preparedness and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in EHS or environmental programs in manufacturing or service operations.
• 5+ years of experience in people and performance management.
• Ability to travel 50-70% of the time.
• Must obtain adult First Aid, CPR, and AED certification within 3 weeks of start date.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours.
