Salary: $94,200 – $141,400 USD annually.

What you will do
- Orchestrate global WHS programs to ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency.
- Partner with operations leadership to integrate safety into daily business processes.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of WHS professionals.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and transform safety data into actionable strategies.
- Perform site audits, monitor performance metrics, and address non-compliance issues.
- Manage emergency preparedness and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in EHS or environmental programs in manufacturing or service operations.
- 5+ years of experience in people and performance management.
- Ability to travel 50-70% of the time.
- Must obtain adult First Aid, CPR, and AED certification within 3 weeks of start date.
- Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation.
- Experience implementing lean principles and process improvement.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
- Experience managing sites with at least 250 employees.
