What you will do

  • Lead the implementation of the Global WHS Program to create the world's safest work environment.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety data to implement practical solutions.
  • Collaborate with Operations leadership to integrate safety into every aspect of the business.
  • Lead safety compliance efforts, conduct thorough site audits, and analyze incident trends.
  • Manage the site's first aid program and emergency response capabilities.
  • Transform safety culture through leadership, innovation, and data-driven preventive measures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of hirify.global FTE experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
  • 3+ years of experience in people and performance management (or 2+ years hirify.global Safety FTE experience).
  • Must be based in Aurora, CO to perform onsite duties.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 49 lbs, stand/walk for up to 12 hours, and climb stairs.
  • Must obtain adult First Aid, CPR, and AED certification within 3 weeks of start date.

Nice to have

  • Distribution Center or Manufacturing EHS experience with sites of at least 250 people.
  • Master's degree.
  • Experience implementing lean principles and process improvement in operational environments.
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification.
