What you will do

• Own the third-party field events portfolio, including partner summits, industry events, and sponsored conferences.
• Develop annual and quarterly planning processes aligned with Sales priorities, industry strategies, and account targets.
• Manage sponsorship strategies, vendor relationships, agencies, budgets, and on-site execution.
• Create scalable playbooks for various event tiers, from major tentpoles to smaller industry moments.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Comms, and Design to ensure cohesive messaging, demos, and executive presence.
• Partner with Marketing Operations to track performance, pipeline impact, and post-event conversion.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in field events, strategic events, event marketing, or B2B GTM roles.
• Deep experience managing large-scale third-party event portfolios and complex budgets.
• Proven track record of partnering with Sales, Partnerships, and Product Marketing.
• Ability to build event playbooks, operating cadences, and measurement models.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to San Francisco to support a hybrid work model.
